Farmers Branch ordinance blocked on technicality

Farmers Branch is one of those cities trying to enact a Hazleton-style anti-illegal immigration ordinance. And, of course, they've been legally assailed by those on the other side. Earlier today State District Judge Bruce Priddy agreed with two FB residents and blocked the ordinance for 14 days. The identity of those residents is not known, but their suit appears to be different from the one brought by MALDEF and the ACLU, both of which have indirect links to the Mexican government.

Now that the cat is out of the bag, many municipalities have huge incentive to try enacting ordinances of such kind.
There is no principle that says municipalities must accept having illegals dumped on to them at the expense of the net taxpayer.
There are all sorts of ways they can approach the problem, the hiring of school residency validity checkers is becoming continually more popular.
The entire resources of the hostile Mexican government would not suffice to go after all the places, which have each their own policy towards the same end.
The supreme court would have to give out some piece of unspeakably depraved shystering, such as that all is illegal which particularly offends the Mexican government, regarding privileges for illegals.
I have no doubt that their clerks are even now under instruction , twisting their minds to find some way to make it a federal crime to prevent an illegal from getting privilege.
After all, how else is racial-ethnic warfare and dictatorship to be set up?
How can officialdom and its professoriate be expected to give up their dreams of total power, and the chance to smash civilization and its selfish bourgeoisie?

I think John S.Bolton is dead on but the system is coming-apart and is in the hands of the enemy and the drug money is in place to buy any political person.
