Barack Obama: Narcissistic Personality Disorder? (McCain denies his accomplishments)

Barack Obama's speech announcing that he's the Democratic Party's nominee is here. Admidst all the puffery and empty promises - probably written by someone else - this stands out:

I honor [John McCain's] service, and I respect his many accomplishments, even if he chooses to deny mine.

Ohhhkay. While being the first black presidential candidate is certainly an accomplishment, I'm having trouble locating any other standout accomplishments under his name. And, yes I've seen the list of bills he was involved in. I've also noticed problems with at least a couple of those bills and I'm sure there are issues with some or most of the others.

Now, certainly, making speeches from Arizona on one coast to Maine on the other (where ever that is) and all the other 55 states is grueling. But, Obama's current roles were basically handed to him by party elders, failures of his opponents, and the corrupt mainstream media.

The upside to such personality types from our perspective is that they're prone to cracking when faced with tough questioning, something that Obama has not yet experienced.

If anyone would like to do a public service, get out there and ask Obama some tough questions, then upload his response to Youtube and other video sharing sites. For instance, call him on this recent lie.

UPDATE: Constant joke Andrew Sullivan's take is a tad different:

To the best of my knowledge it's not a self-parody:

...It was also rhetorically more powerful than McCain - not by a small amount but by a mile. Put McCain's speech against Obama's - and this was a wipe-out. Not a victory. A wipe-out. Rhetorically, they are simply not in the same league. And if the contrast tonight between McCain and Obama holds for the rest of the campaign, McCain is facing a defeat of historic proportions.
